**Job overview**:
Come and join our dynamic Specialist Mental Health Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to quality mental health services for our Cheshire East and Cheshire West population. You will be working alongside a well established Specialist Mental Health Senior Leadership Team including, Clinical Leads, Operational Leadership and Corporate Leadership who will support you in delivering on Community Mental Health Quality.

You will work collaboratively with the Head of Clinical Services, Head of Operations and Associate Director of Operations and the Strategic and Business Lead to support and influence the strategic development of services in line with national and local priorities, internally and across organisations.

Please note, a presentation on a specific topic relating to quality in the NHS will be required. The topic will be shared upon shortlisting.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will take a lead role in the implementation, oversight and assurance of all quality aspects in both Cheshire East and West.

You will support the Head of Clinical Service in the delivery of safe and effective services, by providing day to day clinical oversight of the service including clinical leadership, support, supervision and performance management to qualified and support staff, liaising closely with other health teams, Social Services and Voluntary Agencies to maximise service provision and optimise patient care.

You will liaise with Heads of Services, Head of Operations, Team Managers, Directors, Practice Education Facilitators, Professional Leads, Corporate teams as well as service users/carer and with a wide range of external partners such as commissioners, CQC and other Health providers.
