**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the principal Contracts Administrator with the management of contract resources
- Assisting the Contracts Managers as required with site issues, material call offs, RAMs, O & M info’ and quotations etc.
- Document Control & Compliance Management
- Uploading files to Main Contractor site Portals, Dalux, Procore, Tradex etc.
- Assisting with checking material call off’s before they are added to the system
- General contracts administration as required including;
- Customer billing
- Assisting with the preparation of final accounts
- Assisting with contract queries, disputes & dispute resolution
- Preparing information for the principal Contracts Administrator to assist with pricing variation orders
- Estimating, Quotations & Take-off’s as and when required
- Database, computer file maintenance & development
- Answering the telephone

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- A high standard of Maths and English is required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
