Sales Support Administrator – St Neots - £24,500 + Bonus

As their Sales Support Administrator you will be working with a great team of Account Managers, providing them with essential administration support.

This opportunity is available due to an internal promotion, so for the right candidate progression could be available

You will be responsible for keeping the Sales Team updated with all relevant information, delivering administrative and logistical support as well as occasionally stepping in to support customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Loading of quotes and orders for the sales team
  • Dealing with customer requests
  • Attending internal sales meetings and minute taking
  • Updating and maintaining customer database
  • Dealing with incoming enquires via phone and email
  • Updating system with contact information and account information
  • Provide feedback on quality or stock issues to Sales Manager
  • Order all office equipment
  • Sales figure reporting

Skills & Experience required

  • Experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
