**Job Title**: Administrator
**Main Purpose of Job**:
An exciting opportunity exists for an individual with the right shared common values to join the Advantex Team.
To support the operations department in providing accurate and prompt operational planning on all aspects of administration. To support the operations department and the teams in the field, including liaising with clients and project managers to ensure efficient project delivery exceeding partner expectations.
**Skills, Qualities and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- Good telephone manner and ability to communicate with people of all technical levels
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service, numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
**Desirable**
- Accustomed to working with a CRM package
**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Administration of the company vehicle fleet.
- Booking and recording of required training courses and certificates.
- Preparation of contract documentation and management of contract renewals.
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate staff member/department.
- Scanning and filing documents electronically to reduce the paper copies within the office.
- Assist with planning the diary to schedule work via resource requests, ensuring the correct skill sets and resources are assigned.
- Assist in preparing project files prior to installations_._
- Liaise with engineers, staff and management in a professional manner to ensure relevant parties are kept up to date on planning and operational issues.
- Process sign offs to ensure projects are up to date with timings.
- Assist the Operations department with general administration tasks.
- Working in a professional manner at all times responding positively to the demands of both internal and external customers

This role is based at our office in Gateshead with hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday including a 1-hour lunchbreak_._

The successful applicant will be DBS and 5-year security screened to BS7858:2012 standard to enable them to work with some of our more security sensitive customers. Screening is fully funded by Advantex.
