Head of Product

We are recruiting a **Head of**Product **to lead our Gaming Product team and play a crucial role in the success of some of the UKs leading Gaming brands, Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our continued success and growth. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: - Encourage an open, collaborative, and creative culture within product and across the entire Gaming Team. Share frequently and widely - Work alongside the Product and UX Director to set a longer-term strategy for Gaming Product ensuring it is delivered to the highest standards - Lead and empower the product team. Align everyone behind a common goal ensuring roadmaps are focused on delivering value for our customers and the business with clear success measures - Ensure all Product Managers and brand strategies are aligned and focused on achieving the overall Gaming strategy and objectives - Build strong relationships across teams and SBG ensuring opportunities, risks and dependencies are articulated and managed - Demonstrate customer empathy and an understanding of team members needs to deliver the right value for them and the business - Represent Gaming Product to the wider business, sharing the customer value we deliver, ensuring team members understand the long-term vision and aspirations - Coordinate with senior management across technology, marketing, research and commercial to ensure we maximise return on investment and customer experience - Have a continual improvement approach to ensure product areas deliver best-in-class features efficiently, to a high-quality with customer experience and safety at the centre. It’s imperative you work closely with others across SBG and the Flutter group to share your experiences, skills, and knowledge - Have significant hands-on experience of scoping opportunities and delivering complex initiatives in a fast-moving technology business - Be an experienced, inspirational leader of multi-disciplined teams with a successful track record of implementing improvements to culture, structure, and ways of working - You’ll have a strategic approach, using insights and data to define direction that will set the pace for our industry and change the game for customers - By being decisive and transparent on rational for direction and prioritisation.
