**Marketing Account Manager 4-5 days a week. Office based (Competitive Salary)**

The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and having a hands-on approach to training our apprentices. You will also understand the client’s requirements, address their changing needs, manage the dynamics of thosechanges, and ensure that tasks are managed to schedule.

**Job Responsibility**:

- **Team support**: Brainstorming, researching, managing content plans, scheduling assets and reporting. Check all content and graphics received from a team of apprentices.
- **Client management**: Delivering quality work on time. Supporting your team in building a relationship with the client to ensure open communication and effective feedback. Along with Ensuring all paperwork (budgets, timing plans, briefs etc.)is maintained accurately and kept up to date. Also, Present (verbally and in writing) the client marketing plans and recommendations effectively, logically, and concisely
- **Creative**: Attending Ideas meetings, supplying new fresh ideas for each of our clients and contributing to / building on new ideas
- **Project support**: Having a clear sense of the client marketing plan and assisting in the timely production and delivery of projects.
- **Quality control**:Keeping a keen eye on output and preventing any work that isn’t up to scratch from leaving the building

**Key Attributes**:

- At least 3 years of Marketing experience
- Experience within a Digital Marketing Agency (Desired)
- Customer Relationship Management
- Experience writing marketing plans including setting budgets and goals
- Understanding Google Products (mainly Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity
- Ability to work within and assist with training a young team and inspire them to want to be better
