**Property Maintenance Coordinator**
**The Role**
- Organising property maintenance and repairs, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Building long term relationships with potential and existing landlord’s, tenants and contractors
- Management of a portfolio of residential properties to include maintenance, property visits, negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Coordinating tasks such as gardening, repairs and decoration
- Managing deposit disputes
- Daily tasks, managing queries in relation to leases, subletting and permissions
- Assisting with the processing of complaints, ensuring a high-quality service through to the conclusion of the complaint
- Using a CRM system for property management (logging calls, keys in and out, raising reactive works orders and annual orders)
- Ensuring properties remain compliant and up-to-date with the latest legislation
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager with any other duties as required
**Our Expectation**
- Lettings Or Maintenance Experience: 1 Year Minimum
- Positive can-do attitude & show willing in all tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
- Good at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly switch between tasks & prioritise
- Remain calm under pressure
**Holiday Entitlement**
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Additional Paid Day Off For Birthday
- Additional Day’s Leave Accrued For Every Year Worked, After 3 Years Of Employment (Up To 5 Additional Days)
**Working Hours (5 Day Week);**
09.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday
09.00 - 16.00 every other Saturday - Day off in lieu given for a Saturday worked
**Remuneration**
£24,000
45p per mile fuel allowance paid on working miles.
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
