Training & Compliance Officer Homecare

This role is a great opportunity for a successful homecare manager who is looking to take a route into Quality. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement a training strategy and a quality assessment monitoring program to ensure that all customers receive the care and support they need to lead dignified, fulfilling lives, and that our policies, procedures, and training standards areof the highest quality and constantly monitored across all our branches. - Ensure that the business meets national care standards and legal requirements as well as our target of a 90% compliance rate for all services. - Work towards achieving an "Overall Outstanding" rating in future CQC inspections. **Duties**: - Assist in developing, organizing, and leading the training strategy. - Develop and implement a plan for regular audits of all businesses, and produce a clear action plan for improving the quality of our business to ensure full compliance with CQC standards. - Manage and implement individual and business training plans, and be responsible for forward planning of training sessions for new recruits and coordinating annual training needs. - Plan, prepare, and deliver induction and other training courses for care assistants, supervisors, and coordinators. - Use a variety of methods to support staff in learning best care practices, keeping their skills and knowledge up to date, and continuing their professional development, such as e-learning, classroom-based training, and on-the-job practice. This list is not exhaustive, and from time to time, you may be required to undertake additional duties. **To be successful in this role, you will have**: - Depth of experience in the homecare sector with a record of success. - A strong understanding of national care standards and legal requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and management skills
