Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Parts Advisor** to join our Breeze Van Centre team in **Southampton.** You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis **and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of** £30,000 per annum**.**

**Hours**:Mon
- Fri 8.30 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 1. PM (1 in 2 Saturday on a rota)

**Responsibilities as our** **Parts Advisor** will include**:

- Processing parts orders efficiently
- Accurately identifying customer parts requirements
- Maintaining stock control
- Ensuring all stock is kept securely and in good condition
- Contributing to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- Working together with your Technical colleagues
- Pricing/completing electronic health checks

**What we’re looking for in our Parts Advisor**:

- Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
- Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries
- Computer skills essential
- Knowledge of Keyloop (CDK) desirable, although training will be given
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
