**ABOUT YOU -**

Supervision of engineers working on, repairing and maintaining a wide range of electrical and mechanical industrial rotating equipment including but not limited to motors, pumps and gearboxes on customers sites and the workshop.

Assisting Engineering operations Manager & site engineers with the provision of labour resource and repairs

**ABOUT THE ROLE -**
- Leadership of the full team, through management structure
- HSEQA Demonstrable experience in H&S
- Engineering workshop operations
- Commercial and administration
- The management of the workshop facility
- Monitoring the staffing levels - overtime-skill set-holidays
- Technical understanding of manufacturing within the engineering industry.
