**Patient Services Coordinator - Remote Working**

Patient care is at the heart of our company and so we are looking for Patient Service Coordinators to join our patient services team on a full time basis. We are looking for someone that enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.
With a drive to exceed expectations, take ownership of decisions and support a team of multi-skilled administrators, the Patient Coordinator is tasked with providing exceptional clinical administrative support and excellent customer service to its patients.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
- To maintain thorough and accurate records of all patients and prescriptions.
- Assist with booking in new appointments and follow up appointments for patients
- Upload and cross check between systems patient prescriptions for dispensing
- Provide copies of patient prescriptions for their Med Cann ID app
- Act as the first point of contact for all patient enquiries; answering patient queries, take messages and going above and beyond to support our patients
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**
- Individuals with a strong understanding and respect for confidentiality is crucial
- Ability to problem solve is crucial
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong confident telephone communication skills
- Ability to define a business process
- Previous clinical experience (ideal)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word, google sheets) and other systems
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and analytical
- Flexible in terms of working times and responsibilities e.g., out of hours work may be required with due notice.
- Maintains a professional conduct at all times, remaining calm and in control
- A caring and mature approach to patient care
- Ability to see what needs to be done and do it.
- 2 - 3 years experience in healthcare / healthcare call centre
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
