We’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team

**What you’ll do**:

- Day-to-day coordination of patient experience on the Liberty service
- Providing information and communicating with key stakeholders in hospitals as part of establishing and supporting the service
- Training patients over video calls to instruct them on how to safely and effectively use the Liberty device
- Maintenance of the Patient Management System (Zendesk or equivalent)
- Supporting the Head of Manufacturing with processing device orders, courier service orders and stock updates in the system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute improvements to brand experience and improving customer service materials
- Regularly collect user feedback and share insights with the product team to help enhance the service
- Triaging and answering queries from a range of external stakeholders across the supply chain
- Making sure that input from patients and other stakeholders contribute to the design and improvement of service delivery

**You must have**:

- Passion for delivering outstanding patient experience
- Experience within a customer/patient facing environment
- Confident telephone and video conferencing manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness of importance of achieving targets
- Attention to detail

**Good to have (but not essential)**:

- Prior experience with oncology patients or working in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of safeguarding in the context of delivering a service
- Experience using a stock management system
- Knowledge of UK healthcare system
