Carlton Mays are seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join our client in Farnborough.

This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in wealth management with a clear route to becoming a Financial Adviser with employer funded qualifications and support.

Ideally you will have already completed R01 & R05 but consideration will be given to experienced Protection Advisers without these.

Working in a small team you will be office based in a friendly, flexible atmosphere with on site parking.

Full administrative support is provided to allow you to focus on your goals.

The salary will comprise of a base of £35K - £40K with excellent commission and bonus structure and a realistic OTE of £80K+

You will be proactive with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to establish rapport with a range of clients by asking meaningful questions and recommending the appropriate product for their specific needs and circumstances.
