The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to be responsible for representing our online retail clothing company client but you may also be cross trained to cover clients who cover a variety of industry sectors from charitable organisations, online retailersand commercial suppliers. As one of the Customer Service Advisors, representing our clients, you will answer inbound calls from customers, processing orders, and managing customer queries ensuring the highest level of customer care is met at all times.

Key tasks:

- Answering customer telephone calls, in a friendly and informative manner
Processing customers’ orders, ensuring Data Protection regulations are followed.
Entering payment card details into the customer payment system
Using client various systems, entering customer details to manage customers enquiries
Understand processes (i.e. returns) and be able to articulate this on phone to customers
Provide accurate verbal information on products and services
Follow Company / Client procedures at all times when responding to customer queries
Being a brand ambassador for the client, being familiar with the website and products to enable customers queries to be dealt with in a knowledgeable manner.
Manage customer satisfaction and resolve or escalate cases of customer dissatisfaction as appropriate in a professional manner.

To be successful you should have a professional and confident telephone manner and be PC literate with accurate data entry skills. You should have previous customer service experience which has been gained form an office, retail, hospitality, leisure or similarsector whereby you are dealing with the general public.
