We have recently recruited into our Customer Service teams but as our clients have continued to experience a high level of online retail orders, we are now seeking an additional 5 Customer Service Advisors to join our existing team working on behalf of anumber of our online retail clients, processing their customer’s orders via phone and managing customer enquiries and resolving any queries. This role is to start asap on a full-time basis and is an excellent opportunity to further yourself within an officebased customer service role. Being part of our busy customer service department, we can offer the opportunity to work for a long established, international and successful company. Working from our modern office in Farnborough as part of our wider customerservice, operations and logistics teams.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to be responsible for representing our clients who cover a variety of industry sectors from charitable organisations, online retailers and commercial suppliers. As one of the Customer Service Administrators representingour clients, you will answer inbound calls from customers, processing orders, and managing customer queries ensuring the highest level of customer care is met at all times.
Key tasks:
- Understand processes (i.e. returns) and be able to articulate this on the phone to customers.
Answer customer calls and answer customer queries in a friendly and informative manner
Provide accurate information on products and services
Managing the customer personal credit account process where applicable, from creation to payment handling.
Undertake all aspects of administrative work competently, including accurate data entry and attention to detail throughout.
Manage customer satisfaction and resolve or escalate cases of customer dissatisfaction as appropriate and in a professional manner.
Process the fulfilment of formal customer correspondence.
Follow Company/Client procedures at all times when responding to customer queries.
Have a sound knowledge of all Client procedures.
Use Client/Company software competently.
To be successful you should have a professional and confident telephone manner and be PC literate. You should have previous customer service experience which has been gained form an office, retail, hospitality, leisure or similar sector whereby you are dealingwith the general public.
