Junior Talent Advisor

Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, this role will support all elements of the Hiring Manager process, being the glue between the recruiters, the business and Onboarding, ensuring an excellent service is provided, and delivery timescales are met.

This fixed term contract sits in the People Talent team in the UK and as a hybrid role, can based out of any of our main sites with requirement to work in the office adaptable with you and as the role requires. Please refer to our Adaptive Working Policy

Key Accountabilities
- Provide support with tile creation and changes to tiles
- 1st Line Support to Hiring Initiation: Requisition preparation, Job Description preparations guidance, working with Reward, creation of job requisitions and obtaining approvals
- Identify needs of Hiring managers to recruit effectively - awareness of process and levels of engagement required
- Delivery virtual and face to face support as appropriate to hiring managers
- Responsible for the tracking of Onboarding and ensure recruitment system is kept up to date
- Encourage best practice for selection and screening process, and train users when necessary
- Drive Offer decision with approvers and decision makers, creating offer template for recruiter, and managing submission and tracking into Employee Services
- Manage an efficient service at all times, maintaining positive relationships
- Manage internal expectations with a solution mind-set
- Accountable for accurate data entry into systems, use and management of reports
- Manage relationships with the wider team and hiring managers to improve efficiencies
- Work with Talent Partner on process improvements raising hiring manager and customer experience

Key Capabilities/Knowledge
- Work with virtual teams in a matrix environment
- Strong communication skills
- A positive and proactive approach to work, with an ability to think independently
- A passion for providing excellent customer service, with an understand of the impact of their work

Experience
- 3-5 years customer service/recruitment advisor experience
- Experience in providing solutions to customers
- Experience in managing meetings virtually and face to face
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise work load effectively
- A positive, tenacious and proactive attitude, with a willingness and desire to develop and grow
- Strong attention to detail, a problem solver
