This position will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of the Agency’s campaigns, having a heavy focus around the delivery of advertising within the paid social environment (incl Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google& Apple Search Ads)
This role will play and instrumental role in helping the company to achieve their next growth phase. You will lead a number of monthly campaigns of considerable budgets and will need to have a proven background in doing so.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Strategize, plan, and execute sophisticated and innovative campaigns across multiple channels
- Set up and optimise campaigns to deliver on agreed performance targets
- Contribute to the successful running of the UA department as a whole - operationally and strategically
- Build trusting relationships with clients and grow client accounts/revenues
- Work closely with different clients, large and small, to organise and manage their media plans
- Work closely with the UA Lead and keeping them updated
- Analysing data from campaigns to track key trends, insights and optimise
- Provide a POV on UA industry developments for clients and colleagues when required
- Make full use of the technology available, implementing processes and practices that maximize operational efficiencies
- Contribute and develop case studies on campaign best practice
- A curious and engaging self-starter who wants to make an impact
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mobile/app role - Agency experience is a bonus
- Experience with delivering and managing performance media campaigns
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager/Snapchat and Google
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint - pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience working on and managing complete campaign lifecycles
- Prior experience managing campaign spends
- Someone who has experience and enjoys working with a variety of different clients.
- A real interest in the fast-growing world of mobile/digital
