Receptionist Dental

The Serio Dental team is expanding, a dental specialist practice based in Northwest London, is currently seeking an organised and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team. Primarily to work on Saturday's and potentially a weekday.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently managing appointment bookings and cancellations.

3. Assisting with patient billing and payment procedures.

4. Keeping reception area tidy and presentable.

5. Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

6. Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort during their visit

Qualifications:
1. GCSE or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a reception role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

6. A team player with the ability to also work independently.

7. Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus, but not required.
