**Job Title: Dental Receptionist (Portuguese Speaking)**

**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Are you fluent in Portuguese and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to become an integral part of our practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and administrative tasks
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Provide information to patients regarding treatments and services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a dental receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
