**Account Manager/Support Coordinator - Learning + Development**

**Location** - Office based in Peterborough

**Hours** - Monday/Friday 9-5

**Salary** - £26,000 + (Depending on experience)

Brook Street are currently recruiting for business based in Peterborough who specialise in delivering training, webinars and qualifications to members and learners. This includes apprenticeships, qualification packages, webinars and more

They are now in search of an excellent professional to support the delivery of learning experiences to members. This will include supporting progression, qualification, and delivering success.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Help develop and implement the yearly calendar of Credit Academy learning plan: virtual classes, supported home study and face-to-face.
- Work with business customers (Development Partners) to plan and review arrangements, helping to present proposals, with visits to customer premises from time to time.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure the learning plan meets the needs of Development Partner agreements, individual learners, and Apprentice Training providers
- Proactively ensure that learners progress to next steps of their learning journey with advice and guidance to members/ learners and employers
- Provide advice and signposting for learners with additional needs and support
- Experience of establishing and maintaining effective relationships at all levels within organisations with confidence
- Excellent customer focus and collaborative approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to adapt in approach and respond to changing requirements to obtain best outcomes
- Experience of working with external apprenticeship training providers would be an advantage
- role in a similar sector or organisation
- Accurate data recording and record keeping and strong MS office IT skills
