Prestigious, rapidly growing private plastic surgery are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to liaise with clients throughout the patient journey, ensuring a five star experience at all times, and closing sales.

**Please note the role is a sales role and will require previous experience from a sales-focused B-2-C role within plastic surgery, advising on and selling a range of cosmetic surgery procedures.**

Key Responsibilities:- Managing the patient journey from pre
- consultations to follow ups, meeting with a large volume of patients face to face ensuring five star patient journey-
- Closing sales following Surgeon/Practitioner consultations-
- Advising patients on procedures and answering queries-
- Liaising with surgeons and other practitioners creating successful relationships-
- Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey
- from initial contact to consultation to procedure and follow up-
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships: To maintain contact with clients ensuring follow ups-
- Administrative duties in relation to sales-
- Clear communication across teams, ensuring relevant information communicated-
- Meeting sales targets on a monthly basis, this role requires a sales driven individual-
- Resolving Client issues raised-

**Requirements**:
**About you**:
- You will have a minimum of three years sales experience from a cosmetic surgery or aesthetics environment
- You may be a sales-driven Clinic Manager looking for a change in careers, or already working as a Patient Coordinator
- You will be sales driven, with a track record of meeting sales targets
- You will be passionate about the aesthetics and cosmetic surgery industry
- You will be presentable, and connect with a high-end clientele
- Confidence and connecting well with people are key for this role**Benefits**:

The following experience/skills will ensure you are successful in this role: Proven work experience in a similar role with a passion for aesthetics/cosmetic surgery Enthusiasm to be part of achieving business growth Proven sales experience, working with new patient enquiries, converting these into consultations/appointments Professional attitude and presentation Solid written and verbal communication skills Customer service focused Good administration, data entry and typing skills This is a key role in the organisation, where you will take ownership of driving new business (converting new enquiries into consultations).
