**Key Responsibilities**:
**Work Allocation**: Schedule and assign daily work orders to a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring the right personnel are deployed to the appropriate tasks based on their skills and availability.

**Coordination**: Liaise with customers, tradespeople, and other team members to coordinate job details, timelines, and any special requirements.

**Monitoring & Adjusting Schedules**: Track the progress of ongoing jobs and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate emergencies, delays, or changes in project scope.

**Communication**: Provide regular updates to clients on job status, and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work orders, job assignments, and completed tasks using our scheduling software.

**Resource Management**: Ensure that all required materials, tools, and equipment are available and delivered to job sites as needed.

**Customer Service**: Handle client inquiries and complaints, working to resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally within the construction, maintenance, or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of the various trades (e.g., plumbing, joinery, electrical, plastering, tiling, painting) and the ability to match tasks with the appropriate tradesperson.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other related IT tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
