We are seeking a motivated and results-driven customer assistant to join our team.

The customer assistant will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive and creative personality, and a strong ability to build relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products/services, including competitive advantages, pricing, and terms.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible work hours.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Prior experience in sales desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Motivation to work through busy shifts.

**Salary**: £20,485.00-£23,362.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Tips
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales (preferred)
- Customer service (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
