**Customer Service Representative
Location: Edinburgh
Starting Salary: £21,000**
**About the Role**:
In the office you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls; delivering exceptional customer service.
**In this role you will**:

- Build trusting relationships with Customers on every call
- Adapt your approach to meet our customer needs
- Use active listening to identify any Customer knowledge gaps
- Convey information in an effective way that increases understanding
- Use a variety of IT systems to deal with Customer queries
- Carry out a range of customer service activities ensuring that the work is completed and adheres to our processes, procedures, standards, and relevant external regulations
- Receive award winning training and support

**To be a Customer Service Representative, you will**:

- Excellent communication skills
- A professional and confident approach whilst communicating
- Natural ability and genuine desire to help our Customers
- Logical approach
- Calm under pressure
- Be Customer driven in everything you do
- Have strong computer skills as working with a variety of IT Systems
- Be organised and have a can-do attitude to ‘Customer Service’

**Essential / Minimum Criteria**:

- Experience in a Customer facing role

**Schedule**:

- 7-hour shift
- Day shift between 8.30-5.45
