**What is the role?**

Our new Creative Designer will be responsible for working on projects from concept through to finished artwork, adhering to brand guidelines, and pushing design boundaries where possible on both print and digital platforms. They will liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the design and print needs are met within deadlines and budget.

The ideal person should possess an outstanding portfolio of design work, demonstrating creativity, ingenuity, and a good eye for design. We are looking for a creative who is adaptable, and open-minded and can lead a project to produce outstanding results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Creative Studio & Digital Projects Manager and other colleagues to deliver our Marketing objectives
- Creating engaging social media advertising, and digital and print-ready artwork to support our dental practices and internal teams
- Assure brand consistency and quality control for all designs
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders including practices, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations
- Support the design team in their daily tasks

**Skills & experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere
- Experience of creating video and animation for digital and social content
- Experience working within a brand environment
- At least 2 years of working within a print artwork role
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial
- The drive, energy, and creativity to deliver content with first-class professionalism
- A collaborative approach to your work, with a positive, solution-focused outlook
- Be a good storyteller with a creative eye
- Produce work of the highest standard with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and the message to be delivered
- Excellent organisational and project management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
