**About the role**

As a Team Leader for Fulfilment Operations you will be responsible for managing a team of planners which generate operational plans for Customer Fulfilment Centres. You will develop and maintain relationship with the operational management at sites and coach your team on how Planning interacts with other areas. Through managing your team you will make sure we have the right people in the right places at the right time, maintaining accurate time and attendance records, and ensuring our shift patterns are the best they can be. Rostering, staff turnover forecasting, and annual leave plans will also fall within your remit, so you will be keeping a close eye on overall headcount and flagging any concerns. You will promote and encourage your team to use the department systems and processes effectively, looking at opportunities to improve and support their implementation. Good communication and approachability is essential in the mentoring and training of new team members and making sure Competition Compliance Guidelines are followed.

**About you**

You are an excellent communicator, and you enjoy providing excellent customer service to stakeholders of all levels. You have an eye for detail and you are able to work quickly and accurately, managing your time effectively to ensure deadlines are met. You are comfortable working a shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings. You have a strong administrative and customer service background along with great analytical problem-solving ability, preferably with an FMCG or warehousing background.
