Responsibilities Your number‑one priority will be making sure that our customers leave happy and want to return This is achieved by ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service, from you and the team. You’ll also have a big part to play in maintaining our high standards of CQSMA, by ensuring, at all times, that the pub is in tip‑top condition. You must ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times throughout the day, adopting the company’s Clean As You Go (CAYG) philosophy and dispose of waste appropriately. Where required to do so support in ensuring other areas of the pub are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company guidelines throughout the day, adopting the company’s CAYG philosophy. Of course, there’s a great deal more that you’ll be expected to do, such as supervising and supporting the team, among many other things. Don’t worry, though, as we’re just as passionate about our people: as long as you have the drive and commitment, we will train you, on every aspect of the job, through our award‑winning training programme.
