**Your Role: Marketing Partnerships Executive**

As a **Marketing Partnerships Executive**at Global, you’ll be integral to growing some of the UK’s biggest entertainment brands. You’ll play a key role in identifying strategic partnership opportunities that align with the marketing objectives of our radio brands, and in the development and creative delivery of these brand partnerships. Plus, you’ll play an operationally critical role in providing full administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director, Marketing. **Reporting of the Role**:this role reports to Head of Marketing Operations & Planning

**Key Responsibilities**Marketing Partnerships Strategy & Delivery (75%)**: deliver outstanding and impactful marketing and media partnerships that help our brands engage with new audiences.**Operational support (25%)**: manage the diary of the Managing Director and provide ad-hoc administrative support on team and company initiatives.

**Marketing Partnerships**Marketing partnerships strategy**: input into the marketing partnerships strategy for our radio brands. Identify and develop impactful marketing and media partnership opportunities for our radio brands.**Marketing partnerships activation**: coordinate and activate our marketing partnership delivery including at events and through media partnerships.**Creative and amplification**:oversee the briefing and development of creative, branding and assets that bring our brand partnerships to life.**Brand guardianship & creative approvals**: operate as a brand guardian in the execution of our partnerships and oversee partner creative approvals.**Insights, Reporting & Evaluation**: evaluate the success of our partnerships and identify growth opportunities.**Budgeting**: support accurate monthly budget tracking and invoicing for partnership activity.**Partnership Agreements & Execution**: work closely with Commercial, Legal and Programming to create and execute partnership agreements.**Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while proactively identifying new opportunities.

**Operational support**Diary management**: diary management, using insight, relationships and decision-making skills for rescheduling.**Meetings support**: organise and support internal and external meetings (set up/refreshments, coordinating guest invitations and supporting their visits, booking meeting rooms, AV equipment). Also arrange travel, agendas, accommodation and entertainment for the MD as required.**Administration** **support**: deliver administration support to the MD as required, including preparing documents, agendas, finance PO and expense claims, briefing notes, legal contract approvals. Work with suppliers to arrange events, gifts, prizes etc. Plus ad hoc requests for departmental initiatives.
