As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, ambitious Partnership Sales Executive to help expand our brand portfolio and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.Role DescriptionThis is a sales-focused, high-energy role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and hitting targets. As a Partnership Sales Executive, you’ll be on the front line of our growth—researching prospects, reaching out to brand decision-makers, and sparking new commercial conversations. You’ll own your pipeline, drive outbound activity, and play a crucial part in developing deals that connect brands with the world’s biggest sports and entertainment platforms. You’ll be supported by our senior leadership and gain exposure to the full partnership sales cycle—from prospecting through to deal execution—while building the foundation for a successful career in sports sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and research target brands across multiple categories.Drive high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.Generate and qualify leads, securing first meetings and discovery calls.Build and manage your own sales pipeline.Support senior team members on partnership pitches and proposal development.Hit and exceed monthly KPIs across outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.Partnership Strategy & DeliveryHelp shape brand proposals with tailored sponsorship ideas.Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative sales materials.Gather insights from rights holders and digital media partners to support pitches.Market Insight & IntelligenceTrack sponsorship trends and brand activity to identify hot prospects.Monitor competitor movements and uncover new business opportunities.What We’re Looking ForRequired Experience1–2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (sports or partnerships a plus).Proven success generating leads and booking meetings through cold outreach.Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior brand marketers.Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales process.Personal AttributesTarget-driven: thrives on exceeding goals and earning commission.Resilient and persistent: embraces rejection as part of the sales journey.Confident and engaging: enjoys building relationships and having commercial conversations.Proactive and entrepreneurial: takes ownership, thrives on autonomy and looks for new opportunities.Passionate about sport: understands its power to connect brands and fans.What We OfferUncapped commission structure and genuine high earning potential.Opportunity to work with world-class sports rights holders and global brands.Hands-on sales experience with daily exposure to senior leadership.A fast-paced, performance-led culture where results are rewarded handsomely.Flexible, hybrid working and autonomy to manage your own pipeline.
