**_ What you will be doing_**
- Not experienced in the Hire Industry? No problem, we will provide you with the full tools and support required to carry out your role and in turn ask you to bring your drive to make a positive impact on the development of your team.
- The role will consist of coordinating work across the team, managing customer quotes, orders and supporting enquiries. You will have an eye for detail and support your team through coaching and feedback to ensure a high standard of service is delivered and meets our commitments to our customers.
- Part of this role includes raising quotations and inputting orders on our dedicated hire system as well as liaising with our 12 operational depots and our transport department to arrange deliveries and collections. You will work closely with our Sales and Operations team to understand our customers’ wider requirements in order to maximize sales growth and customer retention.

- Experience in a fast paced customer service environment is essential
- Excellent communication and empathy skills, with the ability to use a range of communication styles to provide a personal approach
- A genuine passion for helping others with a customer centric mindset
- You'll be a self-starter who has the ability to work with mínimal supervision and be accountable for their own performance
- You’ll embrace change and be an early adopter of changes that benefit either your team or the customer
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Basic Word, Excel and Outlook Skills
