**Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant** **Hours: 37.5 hours per week** **Location: Hybrid working from Bolton Office 2/3 days a week in the office** **Salary: £23,100 per annum** **Contract: Permanent role** **Want to earn 100% of your salary for 20% fewer hours? NFG is trialing the 4 day working week** We are looking for an Account Payable Assistant to join our team here at NFG A full list of responsibilities can be found in the attached job description. **About the Group** The National Fostering Group is the pre-eminent independent fostering group in the UK, operating 32 agencies with coverage right across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We partner with local authorities across the country to provide outstanding outcomes for over 4,000 children. The group operates: - 32 Independent Fostering Agencies, which operate under separate agency names, and have separate Ofsted registrations - 2 Family Assessment Centres with the potential to open more in the future **To be successful in this role you will need**: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Previous experience in a similar role - Excellent team working skills - The ability to work to monthly deadlines - An aptitude for IT - knowledge of software packages like Excel, and BACS - Excellent time management and organisational skills. - Accounts payable experience **Desirable criteria** - Experience on Access - Experience of bank reconciliations **Why work for us?** Your well-being is very important to us, and we know that being able to choose the benefits that suit you and your family will support your well-being.
