PMCK Ltd is a well-established electrical contracting business, providing electrical services for prestige clients in the Educational, Industrial and Commercial sectors throughout the UK & Ireland.
We are seeking **Administrative Assistant** to join our operations department You will be responsible for managing customer calls and queries, maintaining databases and general administrative duties as required.
**Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain digital databases
- Answer and direct customer calls
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments on behalf of your department
- Coordinate with your line manager on resolutions to service issues
- Communication with other departments
- General administrative duties as requested
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
