Up to £25,000 p/a + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with an Engineering Consultancy firm to recruit for a full time Office Administrator. This is a permanent role and the client is looking for an individual with strong administrative experience, who is confident in Microsoftpackages, minute taking and audio typing.
This is a hands on position and requires someone who can jump right in to a variety of tasks, you should have an enthusiastic personality and be able to work as part of a team but also independently.
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Following set administrative procedures and systems
- Dealing with incoming calls, forwarding on calls to the relevant team member
- Producing and formatting of letters and fee proposals to clients
- Arranging of internal and external meetings on behalf of team members
- Accurate minute taking during meetings, to then be correctly formatted and shared with team members
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Prior administrative experience is required
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
- Strong verbal and written communication ability
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Diary management experience is preferred
- Audio typing experience is preferred
