**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

ITS Building People in Horsham are a well-established Construction recruitment agency based near the centre of town. With over 20 years experience supplying Trades, Labour & Management staff on a Temporary & Permanent basis.

**Salary and Package**:

- £17,000 to £19,000 + Uncapped Commission + Monthly bonuses + Company car allowance

**Location**:

- Horsham, West Sussex

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience within a Recruitment Consultant/Sales position is preferred but not essential.
- Self-driven & Motivated
- Honest and hard working
- Ambition to perform well and develop your own skill set.

- 10 hour shift

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
