If you're driven, curious, and ready to make an impact in one of the world’s fastest-moving industries, this is your chance.What You’ll DoAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given full training and mentorship to help you succeed in:Talent SourcingLearn how to identify and engage high-calibre candidates across biotech, pharma, and healthcareUse tools like LinkedIn, databases, and job boards to build strong talent pipelinesClient EngagementSupport the delivery of recruitment projects for existing clientsUnderstand client needs and help match them with ideal candidatesMarket Research & StrategyMonitor hiring trends in the life sciences industryDevelop niche expertise in areas like regulatory affairs, clinical operations, R&D, or commercialRecruitment Process ManagementCoordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and guide both clients and candidates through hiring processesEnsure a smooth, professional experience for all partiesBusiness Development (Optional Path)As you grow, explore opportunities to win new business and build your own client portfolioWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re more interested in your mindset than your CV.
