What You’ll Do As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given full training and mentorship to help you succeed in: Talent Sourcing Learn how to identify and engage high-calibre candidates across biotech, pharma, and healthcare Use tools like LinkedIn, databases, and job boards to build strong talent pipelines Client Engagement Support the delivery of recruitment projects for existing clients Understand client needs and help match them with ideal candidates Market Research & Strategy Monitor hiring trends in the life sciences industry Develop niche expertise in areas like regulatory affairs, clinical operations, R&D, or commercial Recruitment Process Management Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and guide both clients and candidates through hiring processes Ensure a smooth, professional experience for all parties Business Development (Optional Path) As you grow, explore opportunities to win new business and build your own client portfolio What We’re Looking For We’re more interested in your mindset than your CV.
