**Salary £23,000 with OTE of £31,000+**

**37.5 hrs per week (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday)**

Everflow is a multi-utility retail company forming part of the Everflow Group. We are the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses. Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be responsible for generating leads across multiple utilities, initially with a focus on commercial waste as the primary sale and water and telecoms as cross sell.

**Role Overview**

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard working lead generator to join our team in building great relationships with potential customers and offering our multiple-utility services.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Contact potential clients via telephone to generate warm leads for our Direct sales team.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to help drive growth for the company.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to cross sell our services
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform lead generation strategies.
- Strive to exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Ability to switch tasks easily

- The enthusiasm to overcome objections and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
- Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people

- Self-motivated and a team player
- IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong phone presence and ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
- Ability to adapt to and work independently within a fast paced environment
