Based in between the city of London and near Canary Wharf and, close to Liverpool Street and Bank Stations, my client is a successful Mortgage and Financial Services brokerage,, employing 49 Financial Advisers and support administrators.

My client is currently expanding and are seeking to appoint an Investments and Pensions Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner, who will complement their existing team and contribute to their success. In return, they will offer, a positive work environment,personal development and will recognise and reward excellent performance.

The role of a Investments and Pensions Administrator / Trainee Paraplannerwill consist of: - SKILLS REQUIRED
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a City based Financial Services Practice in an employed position, working direct to two highly successful Financial Advisers.
- Providing Pensions and Investments administration, Platform administration, collating data and preparing reports for client review meetings, client database management and client liaison, reviewing client portfolios for business opportunities
- Previous investments and pensions administration experience required (Platform experience desirable)
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish and develop client relationships
- IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
- High level of numeracy
- Responsive to demands of a client focused environment
- Self-starter, able to work to deadlines and without close supervision
- Willingness to learn on job and to develop within the role

My client would be looking for an individual to demonstrate the follow skills: -- Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA®) or part qualified. Support in securing industry qualifications will be provided
- A Self-starter with a positive and career focused outlook
- Enjoy client contact and willing to prospect referral leads
- Client service and results/target focused
- Quick to learn
- Excellent and disciplined work ethic
- A team player but also able to work autonomously and without close supervision
- Organised, flexible and responsive to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Minimum 2 years Investment and Pensions Administration experience.
