**The opportunity**:
This client is currently looking for paraplanners who are focussing on continuing professional development and is one to consider for the following reasons:

**The client**:
Our client, based in London close to Bank station, is a forward-thinking holistic financial planning company offering whole of market advice for pensions, investments, mortgages, protection and estate planning. It is a varied and dynamic team of around 50employees currently, with an enthusiastic and supportive team atmosphere.

The company was founded on a belief that a deeper understanding of financial services is essential to offering the right bespoke advice. Their educated team is committed to building lasting client relationships.

**The role**:
The company are now looking for a paraplanner to the team, and work alongside 4 other paraplanners supporting 5 Directors. Full administrative support is provided through senior administrators, and therefore, the role will be predominantly paraplanning andwill include complex technical support, such as cash flow forecasting, research and suitability report writing. Working closely with the advisers and sitting gin on meetings is also a part of this role.

**Desirable experience**:
The role would suit any paraplanner that really takes pride in harnessing the adviser support/paraplanning function within a business, and enjoys a mixture of the technical support aspects, mixed with regular contact with clients and advisers alike.

Level 4 diploma within financial planning or equivalent is desirable, however any paraplanners working towards the Diploma will be considered and there is ample support to help an individuals complete their studies within the business.

This role would also suit anyone who really enjoys the paraplanning function and would relish this function for the foreseeable future. However, if an individual had aspirations to eventually move through to advice, this too would not be discouraged hereand there is an excellent trainee adviser programme in place.
