**Job Title/Location**: Paraplanner, London (Square Mile)

**The Company/Team**: This is an expanding, busy IFA practice in the heart of the Square Mile, great location and a fun-loving team doing their utmost for the client and each other. Whilst the focus is largely investment and pensions based,they do also bring in a healthy amount of life and protection business, so you will be exposed to most product lines.

**The Role**:For this Paraplanner role our client is looking for a reliable person to add to the support function in an expansion of the team. You will be offered training and support, with a clear study plan to acquire new skills and achieveimproved qualifications. This presents a genuine opportunity for someone who is determined and wishes to become part of a small fun-loving team who work for the client and for each other. The business provides bespoke financial planning solutions to a rangeof family clients, individuals and businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

- Discuss client requirements with your Adviser.
- Analyse data as part of your pre-advice research.
- Undertake cash-flow forecasting.
- Provide technical support as well as the production of advice reports across a range of client needs.
- Involvement in the Investment Committee.

**Experience/Skills Required**: For the Paraplanner role, you should be self-motivated, keen to succeed and possess an eye for detail. You should have a good understanding of financial planning with at least 3 years industry experience, includingat least 1 year as a Paraplanner. This job is for someone who wants to learn, succeed and progress their career.

**Additional Information**:The salary for this Paraplanner role is £40,000 - £50,000. There is a dual bonus scheme - discretionary bonus rewarding performance and contractual bonus rewarding examination success and the average expectation isthat bonus will be c.£10,000. Pension (5% base pay employer contribution). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Training with sponsored professional examinations where applicable and a truly mentored career path.
