South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed, care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.

We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds with the recent opening of a new Nursing home in central Worthing. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours - day and night, for long and short-term stays.

South Coast Nursing Homes are recruiting for a **Receptionist **to join our team, at Fernbank Residential Home.

Suitable applicants would have reception experience and the ability to support in administration tasks, including rota's.

**Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm**

**Duties**:

- Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate.
- Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person.
- Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team.
- Arranging visits for families and residents.
- Creating daily planners
- Arranging transport
- Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
