If you’re passionate about care, hungry to deliver and want to be part of a flourishing company – we want to hear from you Activities Assistant – Fernbank We are recruiting for an Activities Assistant to join our team at Fernbank, our residential home in Worthing. Job Responsibilities To help create a varied, stimulating and meaningful activity programme to enhance the quality of life for each resident within the home. Ensure that daily and weekly activities/events are clearly displayed. To organise and co‑ordinate one‑to‑one and group activities for residents, bespoke to their individual interests and choices. To help plan and organise an activities programme that progresses over time. Essential Skills Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference Kind and caring with a positive approach Energetic and hard‑working Team player Experience of coordinating, organizing To be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a care position or creativity role within a similar environment.
