Hours: 36 hours per week - will include every other weekend As a Care Assistant you will be: Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system; Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences; Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care. More about you: Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role; Kind and caring with a positive approach; Energetic and hard-working; Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference; Team player If this sounds like you, join our team to grow with us Package: £12.21 p/h weekdays £12.82 p/h Weekends. Upon completion of probation, pay increases to £12.15 p/h Weekdays and £13.14 p/h Weekends.
