**Hours of Work**: 38.5 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday.

**Key Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support Frylite's growth strategy by promoting a strong health and safety culture and ensuring compliance across all departments.
- Collaborate with operational teams to inform effective risk assessments.
- The completion of scheduled Depot Compliance Audits to ensure H&S controls are implemented and effective.
- To prepare for and attend monthly operations meetings.
- Deliver toolbox talks and training to promote H&S awareness and reduce risk.
- Review and maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Support root cause analysis investigations across the group and share lessons learned.
- Manage compliance documentation, including contractor permits to work.
- Maintain accident, near-miss, and spill records to inform KPIs and improvement plans.
- Liaise with external bodies and insurers, providing required reports.
- Work with the Environmental Compliance Advisor to ensure EHS compliance is achieved as directed by the Head of EHS & Facilities.
- To assist in maintaining and the implementation of an enhanced health and safety management system.

**Essential Criteria**:

- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience in the completion of risk assessments and safety procedures.
- Qualification in providing training or experience providing training.
- Must be able to travel to other Frylite sites and be in possession of a Category B (Car) licence.
- Competent with using Microsoft office programmes.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience with managing contractors and ensuring permit to work completion.
- Experience in investigating incidents and data analysis.
- Experience in providing training & undertaking internal Audits.
