As part of our team, you will:

- Collaborate with the Technical Applications Lead and end users to continuously improve the digital experience for our patients.
- Provide training and support to users, helping them maximise the tools at their disposal.
- Dive into troubleshooting and problem solving to improve the overall user experience.
- Play an active role in the delivery of digital improvement projects, helping us grow and evolve in an ever changing digital landscape.

**Key Responsibitlies**
- Provide day-to-day support for key digital systems, helping resolve user issues and escalating where necessary.
- Assist the Technical Applications Lead in project tasks, including configuration, testing, documentation, and rollouts.
- Support users with guidance, training materials, and process documentation.
- Help gather user feedback and contribute to the mapping and improvement of digital workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support system changes and resolve technical queries.
- Maintain accurate records of user support activities and project contributions.

**Personal Development**
- To participate in own yearly appraisal To assess own educational/training needs and explore all opportunities for maintaining and updating own professional knowledge and skills.
- Communication Communicate effectively with other team members.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership Team as required. Recognise people’s needs for alternative methods of communication and respond accordingly.
