**Hours**: 16 hours p/w (Flexible working available)

**Salary**:Between** **£20-£25k Pro-rata, depending on experience.

**Job Type**:Fixed Term Contract
- This is a temporary position for 6 months, with an opportunity of turning permanent. Hours are 16 _hours per week, with flexible working available. However you will be required to work from Head Office for part of your working hours._

We’re looking for someone who is playful with design whilst understanding the brand requirements for artwork to join our Head Office team. You will be super passionate about creating current ideas and able to adapt quickly to new feedback, no two days are the same

**The Role**

Supporting the creative direction of campaigns and content, you will work with Marketing and wider teams with designing new assets, digital content and internal materials which champion the brand guidelines. A clear understanding of briefs and design requirements will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible and really showcase what JYGC has to offer

**Overall duties**
- Support the Marketing team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Support the wider head office team with required artwork and admin assets
- Catch-up with team members who you will be working with closely, gathering feedback and discussing new creatives
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on print materials for sites & campaigns

**Main Areas of Responsibilities**:
**Digital**
- Create digital content for JYGC’s social media platforms, optimising the channels for distinctive design & creative
- Produce website content including headers, banners & design mock-ups
- Work with agencies for digital campaigns and content requirements

**Print Design**
- Create print materials for JYGC venues including promotional flyers, consumables & point of sale materials.
- Fulfil internal artwork for other departments including Customer Service, HR & Ops

**You will have...**
- a great working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (mac based).
- a minimum of 1 year's industry design experience
- an understanding of brand guidelines
- a keen eye for detail and quality
- an ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met
