Working Hours Monday-Friday 8.45am-5pm

We are searching for a proactive and dynamic Office Coordinator to join us. The Office Coordinator needs to be passionate about delivering an excellent front of house service. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and having a variety of responsibilities. You will be responsible for collaborating effectively with different customers. You will be required to support the day-to-day running of the office, the main reception, and ensure that the facilities and surrounding areas are presentable, warm, and welcoming.

This is a key role as you will be the first point of contact, who will support our customers. This includes visitors, employees, and customers, so having an interest in internal communication and employee engagement is vital. This is a full-time office-based role in Elephant & Castle London. You will undertake a range of duties to facilitate a smooth operation across the business. This role is great for someone who has a resourceful approach, is resilient and proactive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to offer a high-level guest experience by greeting all guests, visitors and team members when entering the office.
- Ability to ensure visitors are booked into our detailed management system.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised office appearance.
- Ability to support with other ad hoc duties both internally and externally.
- Ability to answer Inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always clean.
- Ability to collate reports, update spreadsheets and analyse data.
- Ability to check quality and completion of work ensuring it meets compliance requirements.
- Ability to ensure a secure and comfortable work atmosphere so that our customers always feel welcomed.
- Ability to listen, share and act on feedback from customers.
- Ability to administrate Petty Cash.
- Ability to support the team where possible.
- Ability to ensure participant records are maintained and updated to reflect contact or attempted contact made.
- General administration duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You must have impeccable personal presentation.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.
- Self-motivated, independent and to have the ability to use your own initiative.
- Flexible team player who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done efficiently.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with all Customers, Employees & Visitors.
- Approachable and friendly manner.
- Proficient to expert level in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with willingness to learn new software and systems.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, discreet and to act with tact and diplomacy when working under pressure and in tricky situations.
