We are a flexible professional in-house recruitment service offering hybrid working which enables us to support North Yorkshire County Council and our public sector partners. We also have over 400 trading clients and a growing commercial income across multiple sectors, including Local Government, Health & Social Care, Emergency Services and Education to name a few

To be successful in Resourcing Solutions you will:

- Have had experience dealing with a high volume of tasks at one time, or be willing to learn how to deal with this
- Have problem solving skills and use own initiative to resolve problems using resources available
- Be able to develop your professional knowledge to enable you to become an expert in your field
- Have a good understanding of IT packages including, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Have exceptional customer service skills, an inquisitive nature and a can do attitude
