**Overview**
Astra Signs is one of the UK's leading sign makers. Established in Manchester in 1984, we have a wealth of experience producing world-class signage for a wide variety of sectors, particularly hospitality, travel and transportation, retail, leisure, and international events.
The primary purpose of the role is to produce digital content and to assist the marketing team. As a Junior Content Producer you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content to showcase the work we have to offer, work in progress, completed work and projects, and to promote the business as a whole in line with our company brand. The role will engage with all departments across the business.
This is a key position at Astra Signs and is responsible for maintaining our reputation with new and existing clients.
**Main Role Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day
- Brainstorming new and creative ideas
- Researching and coming up with content ideas (for digital and traditional channels)
- Innovating and presenting new content, digital and social media strategies
- Implementing and supporting content marketing strategies, including social media, website, blog, SEO and more
- Driving traffic to company pages
- Uploading and editing content on their website
- Develop engaging online content, including videos, graphics, and written copy
- Measuring and reporting performance of content and digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals, using relevant sites such as Google Analytics
- Keeping abreast of new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends and insights; implementing these new technologies and insights in developing campaign
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent IT knowledge (Inc Microsoft Office/Google products/WordPress)
- The ability to work using your initiative and enthusiasm and to work well within a team
- Experience in navigating social media platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Photoshop or equivalent experience
- Understanding of trends
- Commitment to proofing and double-checking all work
- Good people skills and customer service ethic

Pay: £24,999.00-£25,000.00 per year
