Creative Content Producer

We are looking for an experienced Creative Content Producer to partner with our Creative Content Lead in supervising and executing production and delivery for our weekly, recurring video content, based in our new Manchester studio. You will manage every aspect of creative program development, from crafting stories, sourcing talent from within the company, conducting interviews, overseeing editorial and shepherding the delivery of a finished product that is engaging, honest, technically accurate and representative of the work our development team creates.

We're currently developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. **What do our Creative Content Producers do?**
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to shepherd weekly, evergreen projects through all phases of production including creative development, pre-production, production/filming, post-production, finishing and delivery.
- Create narratives from multiple interview sources that tell an engaging story while serving multiple creative, marketing and community messaging needs.
- Deliver video projects on schedule and within budget.
- Effectively communicate ongoing project status with video production team and stakeholders.
- And such other duties and responsibilities assigned by Cloud Imperium Games reasonably consistent with employee's skills and experience.

**What do we expect from our Creative Content Producers?**
- Substantial commercial experience creating and producing scripted/unscripted daily or weekly video productions.
- Ability to lead video production teams or contractors both locally and remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results.
- Deep familiarity with creation of both long and short form documentary video content and their unique needs.
- Network of contacts in production and post-production related services with a demonstrated ability to recruit talent.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with artists and all levels of the organization.

**Covid-19 Hiring Update**
- During the pandemic we transitioned to a temporary work-from-home model. We are now working through a gradual return to office plan as improvements of the COVID-19 situation will allow. We're continuing to interview and hire during this time and while Cloud Imperium is overall an in-office operating company, some roles will start out remotely and others will be in-office from day one of employment. As a general policy, we have a Flexitime policy arrangement that allows for some remote working if and when it meets the needs of the role and the company. The details can be discussed during the interview stage. We understand each person's circumstances may be unique and will work with you. Also, we follow mask requirements as they keep being updated per local regulations when in studio and we're also requiring full vaccination in order to work in studio._
